I have five events published and one of them is not taking credit cards. Any thoughts? The other events are working just fine. |
Hi there, It could be due to special characters in the event/datetime/ticket causing an error but its just a guess as we’ll need more info. Can you link me to the event so I can take a look? |

And my payment method in settings keeps switching back to “invoice” from paypal |

Can you add more details on this, please? The PayPal payment method is being disabled and then only invoice left active? |

I was able to check, and it looks like both PayPal Pro and PayPal Express gateways are activated. Is that intended to have both activated? If so, which of those two payment options is the one that’s failing when people try to pay for a registration for that event? |

I don’t believe we intend to have both activated. I believe we use PayPal Express. But when you register is offers three choices, invoice, select a credit card and PayPal. It’s the select a credit card that seems to not be working. How do I activate only PayPal express? |
You go to Event Espresso > Payment Methods, then click on the PayPal Pro option, scroll down, and click the button that says: “Deactivate Paypal Pro Payments”. |
