Sorry about that, I have recreated a new licence key for you. Please follow these steps:
In your site, General Settings remove the licence key and save
Go to your account page here at eventespresso.com and get the new licence key
Enter this in your sites General Settings and save
I logged in to my wordpress site and got an error saying:
There is a new version of Event Espresso available. View What’s New with version 3.1.33P. You need a valid Site License Key to enable automatic upgrades. Your current membership level does not allow automatic upgrades on more than one domain. Please log into your account to manage your Site License Keys or purchase a support license now.
My account is good until 2014. What is the issue? Looks like others are having the same issue.
Your license key is not active, so that means you have not entered your license key into the General Settings of Event Espresso or there is a plugin or server conflict that is prohibiting your website and EventEspresso.com from communicating.
Can you confirm that you do have your license key entered in the General Settings of Event Espresso?
