Hi,

Are you selecting seats for each attendee/registrant?

On removing seats, are you trying to do this for seats that have already been confirmed and paid for?

Hi Lorenzo,

Thanks for prompt reply.
1. Yes I am selecting seat for registrant and adding more attendees in it with their seats too.
2. Yes I am trying to remove confirmed seats. Right now I am testing and don’t want to create many events for testing.
Please suggest something. I have sent you site URL in above post.

Hi,

From the event editor, click on the attendees link in the top right corner:

That will take you to the attendee reports screen for this event.

Remove all of the test registrations by placing a checkmark next to each of them. Then scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on delete.

This will free up the existing seats.

Could you retest multiple registrations for the seating chart in a different web browser (one that you are not logged into your WordPress site with)?
