WordPress: 5.9
Event Espresso Version: 4.10.26.p
WordPress Address (URL): https://www.alpha-training.ca

The “sold” column shows 11 (on front end and when editing event)
Yet when I view the “registrations for this datetime” there are only 9 in the list (plus 10 in the trash). Why is this?

Hi there,

Can you link me to the event in question so I can take a look at the setup, please?

This one, for example:
https://www.alpha-training.ca/events/h2s-alive/
On Feb 7 I see 11 sold, 10 registrations, and when I view all registrations for the Feb 7 event there are only 6 listed plus 2 incomplete that I can’t get rid of.

Hmm, yeah thats an odd one.

I’d like to go through the settings for the datetimes and tickets but rather than asking for screenshots and trying to figure out from there do you mind if I take a look in the admin?

If that ok you can send temp login details using this form:

https://eventespresso.com/send-login-details/

Note – I’m not going to be making any changes on the site just browsing through the datetimes, tickets, registrations and check how it’s set up.

Ok, so I need some background here as there is a lot of weird stuff going on with that event.

What is the history of that site?

Has it been moved from one server to another at all?

Domain’s changed? Migrations run? Anything at all?

yes, we finished the site in January and moved it from the dev server to the live server at around the 15th. So yes, it has been migrated from the temp domain to the current one. There would have been some test registrations that I tried to remove before the the move.

Was the site reset at all during that process?

How did you remove the registrations?

Looking at the responses I’m getting on that event it looks like the foreign keys may be invalid, so then requests like ‘Pull all the registration for the DateTime link to event ID 111’ no longer work as expected because Event ID 111 is not something else.

No. I don’t know how to reset Event Espresso. We just deleted the test registrations one by one.
Should we create a new event with the same name and archive the old one?

I can’t say for sure if that will fix it, but still think it would be a good idea yes.

If if you can send me a copy of the database I can load locally I’ll take a quick look and see if anything stands out?

(Note, manually fixing the database is not something we would normally cover under support but I can at least look it over and see if anything stands out with it)
