Number of available tickets are showing incorrectly

I have an event that has an event date. That event date has 12 available slots. Assigned to that event date are two tickets. Each could be sould 12 times. First come, first serve.

However, in the frontend, only 10 free slots are shown.

It should be 12, because the event date has 12 free slots.

Hi there,

Have any test registration been made on that ticket? (Selecting tickets and then stopping for example)

It could be that the tickets have been reserved to prevent overselling, if that is the case they should be released once again after roughly 1 hour.

If you update to the latest version of Event Espresso the ticket editor shows an additional column called ‘Rsrvd’ which shows if this is happening – http://take.ms/1oMY7
