Good Afternoon,

WE are having a couple of issues and not sure on how to correct them. 1. When registering for an event it takes you to the Thank you/ confirmation page. You are then able to click on the “View full order confirmation receipt” it takes you to a blank page instead of showing the receipt. 2. Another problem we are having is that sometimes the confirmation/ thank you email is not getting sent to the person registering for the event.
3. Or Last issue is the that we have a ticket that has been set as inactive, but it is still sending it out.
Another question is there a way to turn off admin notifications when the receipt has been sent to a registrant?

Hi there,

1. When registering for an event it takes you to the Thank you/ confirmation page. You are then able to click on the “View full order confirmation receipt” it takes you to a blank page instead of showing the receipt.

Go to Event Espresso -> Messages -> Default message templates -> Receipt.

Does that message template show up blank there? If so click the ‘reset templates’ button and EE will regenerate the template.

2. Another problem we are having is that sometimes the confirmation/ thank you email is not getting sent to the person registering for the event.

Does that users registration show as ‘Approved’? If you look in Event Espresso -> Messages -> Message activity, can you see their confirmation message there? If so what ‘status bar’ (the coloured bar to the left) does it have?

3. Or Last issue is the that we have a ticket that has been set as inactive, but it is still sending it out.

Are you sure you set to the correct ‘context‘ to be inactive? Can you add a screenshot of where you set the ticket template to be inactive?

I have double checked the Receipt message, Reset it, and saved…. I went to preview and still receiving a blank page.

The registration does say they are approved, and the status is green.

I would like to check in on the status trying to trouble shoot on why are Receipt Messages are still showing up blank.

Hi there,

Your screenshot shots a picture of the Ticket notice template, is that the template you reset?

Can you link me to a test event I can register onto to view the problem?
