My registration notification emails are coming to my personal email and not the email I have listed on my Event Espresso plug in. I can’t find where to update this?
Hi Jason, by default notification emails are sent to the event author or the event creator.
If you created those events using your WP admin account, then it is likely using the email address on your account which may be your personal email.
To change these notifications, go to Event Espresso –> Messages. Then look for the Registration approved message type and click on the event admin context.
Replace the contents of the TO field with this shortcode:
[CO_FORMATTED_EMAIL]
Then save changes. Here is a quick video of the change:
