Problem: when a user that is not logged-in attempts to register to an event they are faced with a ‘Nothing in your Event Queue’ message. This does not apply to logged-in users. Their registration does not carry over to the cart.
Steps Taken: We ran through other forum postings with the same issue and did not arrive at a solution. All caching tools have been disabled: WP-Rocket, wp_cache, Cloudflare, etc. Our hosting provider is with WPEngine. There are no issues (that we can detect) with wp_options.
Our Config: WP 5.0.3 (multisite), EE 4.9.75.p, PHP 7.2.13
