On our multisite, we seem to have an issue with one of the domains. We keep getting the Nothing in your Event Queue notice during a registration. The site has been online for a few years and the problems started recently. Our client mentioned that one of her colleagues might have touched something, but it’s unclear what. The issue seems to be caching related as registering is still possible when logged in.
The strange part is that the other site on our multisite doesn’t seem to experience the same issues. Our hosting is at WPEngine, we have multiple Event Espresso sites (all running v4.10.40.p) there so we are accustomed to what pages require the cache to be disabled.
The weird part is that restoring a back-up seems to solve the issue.
WP Enginge have server caching enabled on all pages by default. So open up a ticket with them and request they exclude the critical pages from the main site above and registrations should start working.
The pages you need to exclude are listed in Event Espresso -> General Settings and on the critical pages tab. Those need to be excluded for EE to function on each individual site.
