I am getting error on specific browser about nothing in your queue after adding item in the card and clicking proceed to registration. I don’t have caching plugin enabled. however I don’t have the issue on server side (I think) since I can use Firefox on same device and it works fine. Most of the desktop or laptop I tested works fine. I even tried chrome on Mac and works fine. Its just seems certain mobile devices with Chrome
Can you follow these steps with your Android device?
1) Open Chrome.
2) Go to More menu > Settings > Site settings > Cookies.
You’ll find the more menu icon in the top-right corner.
3) Make sure Cookies are Allowed
OK thanks for checking. I don’t have a Pixel device, but I do have an Nvidia Android tablet, and I checked your site with that device’s Chrome browser and no errors there.
May I ask do you get the same error with your device on this site?
I did not get any error. I have another step in between selecting quantity and clicking registration and it takes you to registration page. I have multiple item add on and thats why it allows user to add another item or option for proceed to registration. When clicking on proceed to registration I get error
So if you’re not getting the error on the demo site then there may be a plugin conflict happening on your site that affects that device. Can you try registering for an event with your Pixel device, with all of the other plugins deactivated? This will help rule out a plugin conflict.
