HI, we are having issues with our site and the dreaded “Nothing in your event queue” when clicking registration.
We have removed all caching plugins from wordpress and asked our hosts to stop caching. However the problem still remains.
It also has exhibited weird behaviour, in that we could, for a time access and complete registrations via Safari and Mac, but, using any combination of Chrome, Edge, vpn’s, incognito browsers and different machines created the error.
We have also removed as many plugins as possible.
Please help, I’m pulling my hair out 🙁
The cause for ‘Nothing in your event queue’ is generally caching and its the first thing we suggest, however, I suspect its an issue with PHP Sessions on your site.
EE uses sessions to link the request to the user’s registration so if sessions are working, there nothing to display, hence the error.
If you check your servers error log can you see any error relating to ‘session’?
The reason I suspect this is the issue is I can’t see a PHPSESSION cookie on the requests on your site:
You haven’t posted any links to your site, so I’ve blurred your domain just incase you don’t want it public, but that’s Chrome Dev Tools when trying to load the checkout on your site.
