Hi, I’ve just recently upgraded from EE3 to EE4 (4.6.1) and EE4 Cal (3.2.1p) Will need your help to resolve this issue. My registration website/URL as follows http://wwmesg.org/me-weekend-selector Thank you! |
Hi Adrian, Before disabling WPSC did you clear the cache? Would it be possible for us to take a look at the admin and investigate this further? If so please provide temporary login details using this form: |

Hi Tony, yes I did, several times. I’ve submitted the temporary login details as requested Thank you! |
Hi Adrian, Can you try a registration using one of the default WP themes (such as TwentyFourteen) and see if you get the same result? You can do this without actually altering the theme in use on your site using a plugin such as Theme Test Drive |

Hi, Regards, |

It looks like session data is not being saved. We’d need ftp access to run some tests. |
Hi Adrian, Thanks for sending the info. It helped. There’s a fix for this available to download now, and the fix is in Event Espresso 4.6.4.p. |

Hi Josh, apologies if this is a dumb question but how do I update the plugin? I don’t seem to see the update link on the EE plugins tab like I normally would. Selecting EE and then Selecting “update” from the “bulk actions” drop down only doesn’t seem to work as well. Its just stuck on 4.6.1. Thanks! Thanks! |

The Plugin Update Engine that powers the in-admin updates may take a little while for a transient to expire before the update shows up in your wp admin. You can always download directly from your account page and ftp the zip file up to your site. |

Dear EE Team, update 4.6.4p seem to have fixed everything. Thank you for your great help! Regards, |
