I bought your plugin on december the 2nd. I installed it right after to test the multiple ticket system, because I heard before in the forum that it wasn’t possible to test the multiple ticket system in the demo version.
But now I have these problems:
1. this plugin doesn’t support any WPMU on single domain
2. the translation files are not complete (french and german)
3. the multiple ticket system needs at least 1 personal information of one person of each group. This is for my business not possible because I have these groups: adults, children and students.
All these problems were not obvious/evident in the demo version. I was confronted with these problems after buying the plugin. That’s why I want to ask for refund of the purchase price.
