Since installing an update this morning, my customers are not being redirected to PayPal when they click on the Register Now button after selecting their desired number of tickets. Version 4.9.39.p

Hi Robert,
They should actually get redirected to the registration form step first. Can you post a link to the event in question so we can investigate further?

Hi Robert,
Firstly I’m sorry for the delay in getting a reply here, Akismet is marking your posts as spam which is why your posts are not showing up here (and why we didn’t see them)
Have you had issues on any other sites with comments? comments made using your email address marked as spam for example? (We don’t have control over what Akismet marks as spam but it ‘learns’ your behaviour).
We’ve released and update for Event Espresso (4.9.40), can you update to that version and confirm if you still have the same problem please?

The update resolved my issue. Everything is working again. I have not had problems with being flagged as spam elsewhere. Funny it happened between the period of my first post on this issue and my response to Josh’s comment. Just in case my support token request should have run into the same fate, obviously I do not need that to be applied now.
