Hi,
I made an event form and add the shortcode on registration page. when someone fill the form and click submit , page refresh to itself and not redirecting to confirmation page, where we can click on paypal button.
it is working before, i change the theme.

What shortcode is currently within the page you linked above?
Is it SINGLE_EVENT?

I just change my theme.

Event Espresso 3 has 4 core shortcodes, those shortcodes can be on any page, but the relevant page for that shortcode must be selected within Event Espresso -> General Settings -> Page Settings.
The /event-registration/ page by default contains the [ESPRESSO_EVENTS] shortcode, which is required. If you wish to use another page that’s fine, but I would recommend changing the shortcode back to [ESPRESSO_EVENTS] for that page, creating a new page and inserting SINGLEEVENT shortcode there and using that page within your navigation menu (you can hide the event-registration page from nav menus but it must be publicly accessible and published)
