Not receiving registration email and PDF invoice

As of this morning, I am unable to receive the registration details via email and unable to download the pdf invoice, I receive a network error when it is downloaded

We received your support token, but I’m afraid the log in details you sent were not for your WordPress site. Can you resend with the correct information?
