I’m not receiving new registration notifications and can’t seem to figure out why. Where is the setting for that located?

Hi there,

If you go to Event Espresso -> Messages -> Message activity can you see the missing email listed there?

If so what colour status bar (the bar to the left of the message row) does it have?
