Not receiving emails for registrations |

Hi there, If you go to Event Espresso -> Messages. You’ll see a message activity table, can you see the messages listed there? If so, what colour status bar do they have? (The coloured bar to the left of each message) |

I noticed in the messages for example : Event Espresso – Editing Email Payment Reminder Template (Event Admin Recipient) The To* field is blank. Could that be the issue and if so.. what is the correct shortcode that goes there. is it just [CO_EMAIL] ? |

If the messages are showing with a green status bar, it means everything on EE’s side worked as expected. The message was correctly trigger, generate and ‘sent’ to your server (to do whatever it is set up to do with emails) without any errors. This usually means the issue is with the mail server itself, possibly dropping the emails due to spam. Who is your mail provider?
Thats the Event Admin ‘context’ for the Payment reminder email, it is disabled by default and so is expected to have an empty to field.
As the admin, do you want to receive payment reminders each time a user receives one? |

No but there were may messages where the To* field was blank. when I tried to save and close there was an error as to it being blank. (im assuming is why the asterisk) |

You can ignore those, the field is set to required so needs a value to save, we are aware of this issue and will be pushing a fix in the next version of EE.
