This usually happens when WP_Heartbeat has been disabled on the site, if you are using a plugin to disable heartbeat you’ll need to exclude the Thank you page from the method used to disable it.

If not, it could be your host has it disabled, who hosts the site?

Can you link me to the page so I can take a look? You can mark your reply private so only EE staff can view it.

If that doesn’t work, what is the custom parameter value for the ticket price?

As far as I am aware we don’t have a parameter you can set there.

Which plugin is the above screenshot from?

Thanks for the response. The WordPress Heartbeat Optimization is disabled.

Meaning heartbeat is disabled or is that a plugin?

Can you temporarily enable the Invoice payment method so I can finalize a registration to view this?

Event Espresso -> Payment methods -> Invoice.

In my opinion, that setting seems a little misleading

That screenshot shows you are disabling the WP Heartbeat API, not disabling the optimization. Set ‘Site Frontend’ to be Enabled and I’ll test again.
