Hi, I’m using the business version of EE3. I’ve got it set up on my testing server. I’ve created some events and registered for them.
I’m not getting registration emails as the admin or as the subscriber. I’ve used a different email address as a subscriber just now and I’ve got my other email address for the WP admin. I haven’t gotten any reg emails to either address.
As I said, it’s on a testing server. We will be using Paypal, but it’s not set up yet so there really is no payment, per se. I do see myself as an attendee in the EE admin area. Is there some reason that I’m not getting reg emails? THanks!
Then could you try resending two to three registration details emails through the Attendee list page for an event?
From there, please go back to the email log plugin and check to see if anything is being sent.
Also, are regular WP notifications such as new user registrations and password resets working?
