We are using EE for a free museum exhibition, and we need to ticket the event simply to regulate and count all the attendees, including children. We’ve selected the “No Information Required” for additional attendees, but now they are not being counted in the final event tally which would probably cause too many people to register for the event and defeat the purpose of the plugin for us. Any suggestions?
We’re using the most recent version of Event Espresso (3.1.35.P) on WordPress 3.6.1. This is a new installation that did previously have the Lite version installed, but it is currently deactivated. Any help would be appreciated.
While I was signing up for the event, I did notice that the event time selector has the quantity feature active. This feature is experimental and does not work as expected in many cases. If you need to set limits of 25 per time slot it’s best to set up an event for each event time slot to ensure the event doesn’t get overbooked.
I see. I didn’t realize it had something to do with the event time selector. Thanks!
