When customers are adding things to there basket through some smartphones. The pop up is greying the screen out and not allowing them to continue through to checkout. This is a really worrying feature as customers are then not following through on the transaction. Have you got any solutions for this? Has this happened before?
Any idea on which mobile devices? I tested on a Samsung Galaxy S8, Nexus 7 and emulated in Chrome but didn’t have any issues.
Have you been able to reproduce this yourself?
