I set up an event (EE4) about a month ago, and have been accepting registrations for a while.
This morning, as people are trying to register for the event, it’s now allowing them to select any tickets. (Only showing a button saying “register now” but not showing any of the actual tickets.)
What should i do to fix this??
(When i click on register now, it directs me to an unknown page.)
It looks like someone has set an Alternative Registration Page URL for your event. You can fix this by going to edit the event and removing the URL from the “Alternative Registration Page” field, then you click on the Update button. The “Alternative Registration Page” field is in the “Event Registration Options” box.
