Hi there,

If you view the registration list within EE do any of the registration have an Orange ‘TXN Date’ (they will say ‘Abandoned’ under the date)?

Like this – http://take.ms/687Yt

Hello

I have reviewed all transactions and all of them have either incomplete or complete status. There is no other statuses. I have exported to csv all of them and manually compared with EE. I have identified missing transactions. But when i open them in EE i cannot see anything extraordinary that could be the reason for skipping them.

Seems that i have found issue. It turns out that if contact is not published, registration for this contact is not exported to CSV. I don’t know how it was possible that some contacts were not published, but once i open them and press publish, export for these transactions works fine

Hi there,

Thanks for sharing your solution. If you don’t mind, we would like to ask a couple questions to see if we can figure out how those registrants became unpublished.

I see that you have the WP User integration on your account.

Were you trying to create new contacts or change the existing contact for an additional registrant that was registered when a primary registrant was registered?

Most of unpublished users (i guess all of them) are registered users on the site. They had to login in order to register for member price level.
They all have registered in different time, so it can’t be some one-time issue.

I would be happy, but i am not sure how to help you, because users are registering and i don’t know what they are doing in order to get not-published.

Alright, thanks for the additional feedback. If you see this appear again, then please let us know and we’ll look into this further.

Actually i was able to re-create error for myself for my account. I made a reservation when i was logged in and checked later contact info on registration an there was this:

Once i publish it, all next registrations are working fine. But i don’t have any clue why it is not published by default. Perhaps there is something with matching with existing user in WP. Maybe some script/query do not work properly

Are you using a membership plugin on the site?

If so do you have that set to use pre-approve or email confirmation?

What membership plugin you are referring to? Ultimate Membership?

Any membership plugin such as S2-Member, MemberPress, Paid Memberships Pro, Restrict Content Pro, or even Ultimate Membership.

Currently i am using ultimate membership. When this bug has appeared, ultimate membership was not installed and used. At that time i was using user meta pro, but it is mostly for managing extra fields.

I don’t have any pre-approved registrations or confirmation emails. Registration is closedand and all users are created manually

Hi there,

The contact created on date on this screenshot might be a clue:

http://snag.gy/g7SVG.jpg

Is your WP Settings date format set to d.m.Y or m.d.Y?

it is d.m.Y

Hello again, I’ve run a series of tests using the latest software and each time the contact is immediately published:

Your example shows that they are being added several days into the future. Could you provide us with a list of plugins that you are using on your website please?

I have disabled all plugins except EE and tried to register. Outcome is the same – my user is not getting published after registration.

Hi, we have not been able to duplicate this yet. They are published immediately:

Could you tell us more about this comment (e.g. share steps for going through the process below)?

Registration is closedand and all users are created manually

Also, could you post the settings for the wp user integration for this event. It will look like this and appears in the bottom right area of the event editor:

Let’s start with this
I have:
Force Login for registrations? – No
Auto Create users with registrations? – No
Default role for auto-created users: Subscriber

Steps:
Person have 2 options to buy a ticket – member and non-member price.
Member price can be received only if user is logged in to the site.
Issue appeared with user who is member of the site

Thanks for the information as I was testing with auto-creation of accounts.

Are you or a team member manually creating a user account and then providing that information to a registrant and then asking them to register?

We are manually creating users and providing them with access information. Registration of new users is disabled on site.

Hi, the contact profile was published already as expected:

I’m a bit stumped on why there is a delay in publishing on your site. I’m going to ask some team members for feedback.
