Not all [QUESTION] / [ANSWER] show on confirmation

Hi,

My confirmation email is set up with a [QUESTION_LIST]. Most of the questions and answers are displayed on the confirmation, but not from the system groups “Personal Information” and “Address Information.” I’d also like that data to come through on the confirmation. Any thoughts? Thanks!

Hello,

Are you referring to the order confirmation receipt or one of the emails that go out such as the registration approved email?

There are a set of questions that are considered system questions so they won’t appear under the Questions & Answer area. Those are the default questions in the personal question group and then the address questions:

First name
Last name
Email address

Address
Address 2
City
State
Country

Phone Number

You can add that information to the registration approved email by using some shortcodes.

Go to Event Espresso –> Messages. Then look for registration approved and click on Event Admin.

You’ll now be viewing the messages editor with the registration approved message type loaded for the event admin.

Scroll down to the [ATTENDEE_LIST] area and replace the content with this:

Then save changes to update the message type.

That will add the address and phone number. Name and custom questions are already shown.
