Nonce Fail when I try to download csv

I am experiencing a Nonce Fail when I try to download current registrations.

We did not hold the event last year due to COVID-19. I had very few registrations so I deleted them to start over for this year. I changed the dates of the events and sent test messages for each message in the system. I also opened the registration for the “Volunteer” event and registered myself. (If you remember, this site is set up to have multi event, because the Directors wanted the registration for each type to be separated by space.) I tried to download the CSV file to make sure everything was working and that the old registrations were gone and got the Nonce Fail error message. I’m so glad I did that!

Please helps as soon as possible, our event will open on the 1st of April and I have to have everything in working order.

Hi Laura,

Just to confirm, can you post the steps you take to get to the nonce fail?

What is the full error shown on the page? Just ‘Nonce Fail’?

Are you running an ‘All Registration’ report? (Event Espresso -> Registrations -> All Registration CSV Report)

Not sure what was different between yesterday and today, but it’s working fine now. No clue!

Something to note about nonce’s in WordPress is they are time bound, so if you had the tab open for a while that could result in a nonce-failure.

Either way, I’m glad it is now working for you now. If it does happen again please let us know.
