I just purchased this and downloaded it to my computer. To add to WP I need a zip file and none of these downloads is a zip file. Where do I find this zip file to download?

If the files you downloaded from your account page are not .zip files, then your computer may be extracting them automatically. However, you should still have the downloaded file in your “Downloads” folder. If not, then you will need to re-zip the “event-espresso” in order to upload it or just use FTP to put the files in your wp-content/plugins directory.
