No tickets available on last added event

Hi,

Our last added retreat has no tickets. All earlier events do. What could cause this? We have already deleted the vent and refreshed it.

Hi there,

The only message I can see on that event is:

“Tickets for this retreat are available to Full Members only. If you want to start the registration process please visit our Apply Now page.”

Can you either send temp login details over using this form:

Add a screenshot of what you can see:

Or disable the requirement for login so I can take a look?

Thank you for the login details.

So whats happening here is the event is set to only allow single ticket selections, meaning the ticket selector shows a radio button. However, your theme is adding some CSS which then basically hides the radio buttons, if I remove that in my browser this is how it shows:

The working event you linked me to has a ‘Maximum number of tickets allowed per order for this event’ setting of 8.

The ‘broken’ event has that option set to 1 (which is what changes the input to radio buttons), do you want users to only be able to select 1 of those tickets? If not then increase that setting to something higher than 1 and the dropdown Qty field will show again.

If you want to keep the radio buttons I can give you some CSS to force them to display on the ticket selector.
