Not sure how to get hold of someone to complete my EE3 installation and setup. I have sent a few emails with no reply. I am trying to meet important deadlines. Please help!

Hi Eric,

We’ve been sending you emails. Have you checked your spam folder or archive folder for our replies? Do you have another email address that we can contact you with?

Thanks Eric. I have a few follow up questions. It looks like Event Espresso 3 was installed on this site in the past as some of the settings are pre-filled with information for your organization. Is any additional information available? I did need to create new WordPress pages for Event Espresso and I want to make sure that I haven’t overlooked something.

Please double-check the information including the payment email address for PayPal:

MailChimp API Key: http://{yoursite.com}/wp-admin/admin.php?page=espresso-mailchimp
Payment settings (PayPal): http://{yoursite.com}/wp-admin/admin.php?page=payment_gateways

Is there a specific WordPress page that you would like your events calendar to appear on? For example: /events-calendar/ or /calendar/

I created a test event earlier and completed the registration and saw that it was saved. However, I did not receive the email confirmation. There is a MT-mail plugin running which I believe helps with sending out emails for the site. When I browse to that screen, I see an error:

http://{yoursite.com}/wp-admin/admin.php?page=mtmail_slug

Could you follow up with Media Template support and ask them to setup wp_mail for your local mail server so that your site can send out email notifications?

Once that is done, then I’ll re-test the registration again.
