We have Event Espresso installed on a WPMU installation. The plug-in is only activated for the site we’re working on. Below is information about the site.
We have no fields in the Organization Settings panel for inserting the Support License Key.
I would attach screenshots of this panel and our plug-ins (as your support info suggests), but there is no way of attaching file to this request.
Event Espresso 4 should be much more multisite compatible than EE3, but it has not been tested deeply.
Therefore, we do not officially support multisite compatibility and have not prepared licensing terms to do so.
One thing is for sure, it will not work if network activated, each site will require its own activation.
If you’d like to discuss this further with me then please email our sales department and I’ll get in touch with you: https://eventespresso.com/contact/
