We tried to upgrade our plugin version with the automatic update and it cause the site to completely go down. So we restored from a backup (both website files and database) but not it is telling me that my support license key is invalid and I need to updated it. But I go to the general settings tab and there is all my contact info, thank you email, etc. but there is NOT a field for the support license key. How can I enter this?
Ok that removed the system asking me to enter my support license key but when I go to add new event, it only shows title and description field. Then it just stops. No other fields show. See links below to screenshots of the add new event admin page….
The install looks damaged or there is a conflict with another plugin.
Does Event Espresso work as expected on a default theme with no other plugins activated?
If so, reactivate a few plugins at a time until you locate the source of the conflict.
