I’m getting an error when going from the page that houses the shortcode
[ESPRESSO_TICKET_SELECTOR event_id=####]
to the registration checkout page and I can’t figure out what is causing it. Any one have any insight?

Hi there,
The ‘Registration Checkout’ page should on have the [ESPRESSO_CHECKOUT] shortcode used on it, not the ticket selector.
Can I ask what it is your trying to do?

The registration checkout page doesn’t have the shortcode on it. This is a landing page where i’ve included the ticket selector shortcode on it. As part of the shortcode it creates a ticket quantity dropdown and a register now button. The register now button then takes you to the registration checkout page and when you are navigated to the registration checkout page that is where the error comes up.
If you look at https://wwww.pariserderm.com/jlhr this is a similar page of ours with the same issue.

Ok, I think I figured it out. At least it works now, not sure if it was what the problem was or not. Under the event templates, a few days ago I removed the event slug. I’ve added it back and it is working now.

If you remove the events slug then the EE posts types can’t be correctly registered which would make sense with the error that is being thrown.
Not that now you have added the slug back you’ll also need to flush your permalinks.
Dashboard -> Settings -> Permalinks, hit save,
