These classes have been up and working fine in multiple registrations until recently. When you go to register using the multiple registration component sometimes add to cart works and sometimes it doesn’t. When it doesn’t work it just doesn’t add it or even allow you to register as a single event. Also, when scrolling through the pages of registrations, you can no longer go back a page. It just stays on the last page.

I wanted to add that when you select add to cart, instead of adding the selected item, it takes you to the “Registration 2” page which list every single event in our system. Then sometimes it allows you to add to cart or not. |
Hi Gabriele, This sounds like there may be one of the page settings isn’t set up correctly. Can you post a link to the registration page so we can investigate? |

Hi there, This is what I’m seeing when I follow your steps above: Which looks like it’s working from my end. Are there any caching plugins active? If so, you will need to disable caching for the pages that handle the event registration. You can get a list of those pages from Event Espresso>System status. |

It seems to work for that particular registration. However, there are others that it does not work for. It takes you in a circle and never allows you to add to cart. Go to the following particular classes and try to register. Go here https://gwinnettehc.org/camps/10-13yo-camps/ you will have to go to the second page and try to register for this particular camp https://gwinnettehc.org/event-registration-2/ where you can find the camp again but it wont add to cart either. It keep circling back to this page https://gwinnettehc.org/event-registration-2/ There are other registrations that it doesn’t work with either. |
The pagination shouldn’t be displaying on the main registration page. I think that may be the issue. What is the shortcode that is on the event-registration-2 page? It should be [ESPRESSO_EVENTS]. If it’s an [EVENT_LIST] shortcode then you can fix this by either setting a new page as the main registration page in Event Espresso>General settings. You’ll need to put the [ESPRESSO_EVENTS] shortcode on the new page that’s set to be the main registration page. Option #2 would be to create a new page that lists the events with [EVENT_LIST events_per_page=10] and use it to display the list of events. Then change the shortcode on the event-registration-2 page to [ESPRESSO_EVENTS]. |
