I’m trying to export one category of events into an all new Events Espresso installation. Both sites are running the most recent version of Event Espresso. Exporting from one site SEEMS to function fine, but when I try to import to the second (new) site specific to this category, I get this error: There is no Primary Key defined on model EEM_Term_Relationship EEM_Base – get_primary_key_field – 2435. I would just move the whole database of events, BUT I need only one fourth of the events on the new site because it is for a specific venue. Any ideas for me?

Hi Anitra,

Could you assign your support license to your site please. We can only provide support for the site linked to your account.

Could you upload the CSV exported so we can take a look please?

You’ll need to either host the file somewhere and post the link here, or email a copy to support[at]eventespresso.com

If you are emailing a copy, please be sure to include a reference to this thread so we know what it is for.

My client and I just ran into too many issues with the new EE4 and we converted back to EE3. So never mind…

Thanks anyway.
