My Event Espresso isn’t allowing to follow through with payments. If you run through the enroll process and get to what should be a payment button, it no longer has a payment button where previously there was one.
If you look at my plugins, I have a few that might need to be updated to allow the payment button to work. But I’m unsure what I need to do. It states here that in order to do updates I need a VALID SUPPORT LICENSE KEY. Where do I get that? How much does that cost? I’m unsure what I need to purchase if anything, to make sure my Event Espresso is working. I’ve purchased a token and need immediate help. I’m writing this here only because asked on token.

Hi Kim,
Your support license key, ending with f036, is printed on your account page.
The missing button may be the result of some customizations that were made to your site where the customizations are not compatible with the newer version of Event Espresso 4, but we can confirm by taking a look at the site and the code on the site after we receive the priority support information.

Hi Kim,
I’ve commented out some of the code customizations that were added by Cosmik Carrot, specifically the code that was hiding the payment buttons. With the code commented out, the payment button displays now.
With regards to the add-ons that will not update, the reason they’re not updating is because your account on ee.com only has access to the following:
EE4 Multi Event Registration
EE4 Personal License
These are the add-ons installed on your site that will need to be added to the support license to allow for 1-click updates:
Event Espresso – Events Table View Template (EE 4.4.9+)
Event Espresso – MailChimp (EE4.4.5+)
Event Espresso – Promotions (EE 4.9.10+)
Event Espresso – Stripe Gateway (EE 4.6.0+)
I’ll send a note over to the sales team and they can help you get the 4 above add-ons added to your support license.
