My Subscription for Event Expresso was paid for and an invoice sent but when I log in no licence keys are available to activate. Where or when do I get the license key for the money paid? Hope you can sort this issues out promptly.
It appears for some reason your account was not automatically updated correctly. I have updated your account manually so you should now be able to download Event Espresso and have issued a ticket for our sales team to check into this once they come online later today (due to timezone differences)
