I have deactivated all the plugins in the system and no luck I still have nothing in the drop down. Can you recommend an debugger that might tell me where to look for the issue?
Firebug is a great debugger. Can you check with the theme switched to the default WordPress theme? There’s a great plugin that lets you switch the theme only for the admin: Theme test drive plugin.
Hi everyone, we got this fixed today so I wanted to share our findings. It looks like the iThemes security plugin was the culprit on the site we were working on. There are some settings under “System tweaks” in that plugin that were interferring. After some adjustments, the event list starting populating as expected.
Are you sure that your site have WordPress 4.6? The reason I ask is because I checked the site that’s using your account’s support key and it says it has WordPress 4.3.6.
