I have installed Expresso and set up three events including a TEST event.
ISSUES:
1. I can’t get any emails to send at all … no notifications, confirmations …. nothing !
2. Payment with PAYPAL shows on REGISTRATIONS and INVOICES shows
only as “payment pending” not as having been paid.

Thanks for the reply. While waiting for a reply I have investigated further and have established it is a WP-Mail issue as I downloaded a Check Email plug in.
Since then I have bi-passed WP-mail and using Mandrill as suggested in your forum.
Testing at the moment has shown that this has resolved the issue.
Is there away of getting a refund on the $70 support fee ?
Hi .. An issue with email that I thought was resolved is nearly there …but not yet. All Registrants and Attendees get email …. But I am not receiving the ADMIN Notification emails advising of a booking. Please are you able to assist ?

Once again I have continued investigation of issue whilst waiting for reply.
I have again resolved the issue ……
I downloaded a Email Log In plug in to track emails on the website which showed that emails were missing proper email credentials, only the name was showing.
I therefore found the Default templates for generated messaged from the site. I found that all the Admin shortcode was missing on the default messages intended for the
Admin of Author email notifications.
I have loaded them manually by using the shortcode provided in the sidebar of that area.
This has now resolved the issue.
Once again I am requesting the refund of the $70 support ticket I have paid due to the fact that I have received no assistance in resolving this matter.
Also that the issue was due to the nature of the missing sender credentials in the templates.
Simply not responding to the emails I have sent does not negate this.
