No emails being sent – at all

Hi guys. I have recently moved my setup across to my main domain (.com) from a localised domain (.com.au). My new setup is not sending any emails out at all. No confirmation of registration, no confirmation of payment… not even if I manually request the system to resend the registration details to the client. I cannot see where the issue could be… Do you have any pointers as to where to look?

Hi Jason,

Can you try installing the email log plugin and check for errors after an email send attempt? Here’s a link to where you can download it:

HI Josh.. Thanks for your reply. I have installed the email log plugin and it shows no errors. However, trying a simple email script (outside of EE) on our website does not work either so it must be something to do with our site. Thanks for pointing me to the plugin which has confirmed that EE seems to be firing correctly. I will let you know if it comes full circle back to EE but I doubt it at this point.
