I’m not getting any email replies within our registration. I have added the plug-in Postmark, but yet nothing. Do you have any other suggestions? |
If you go to test an email from one of the email Message template editors, do you receive the test? If so, it may help to go to Event Espresso > Messages > Message Settings and set the the option for emails to be sent on the same request. If not, can you verify whether *other* emails (like a WordPress password reset email) get sent from your site? You can install this plugin to verify whether the mail actually gets sent or not: It’s important to discern whether the emails are actually not getting sent, or if they’re actually getting sent, but not received. If you find that they’re getting sent, can you check to see whether the emails are getting trapped in the spam folder? In most cases, setting up a third party service like Postmark will resolve email delivery issues, but if the problem is happening **before** the email is handed off to Postmark the above troubleshooting steps will help us figure out where the problem is. |

Thank you. I will look into it. Also on another note: on the confirmation page, we get a weird location “Africa/Abidjan” and I’m not sure how to get rid of it. Date/Time: Intermediate/Advanced Acting |
That’s a timezone location displayed there, and it is set in WP > Settings > General with the Select a Timezone option. You will likely need to adjust your event start and end times after changing the timezone to match a timezone’s city near you. |

So I tried a test with the email and found that they are not getting sent: “The following errors have occurred: The test message was not sent When we first tested EE a few months ago, although did not go live, I was getting emails so I’m not sure what’s changed. |
