not getting email notification from Espresso after someone registers for one of my courses. nothing in spam either. please help website is marjoriebrookseminars .com

Hi there,

Go to Event Espresso -> Messages -> Message activity.

Can you see the emails listed there? What colour ‘status bar’ do they have? (The bar to the left of each message).

there’s a green vertical line on the left of all messages. would like payment and registration notification to go to attendee and myself (admin). Is that possible?

Yes.

I’m assuming you are using the default message templates and not custom templates set on each event?

If so go to Event Espresso -> Messages -> Default Message Templates.

Find the ‘Registration Approved’ message type listed there.

Is the ‘Edit Event Admin’ link blue or grey?

Message Activity > Context > currently says Primary Registrant

For which message type(s)?
