I sent a support ticket on this, but in an effort to get a quicker reply. I just renewed my support license and don’t have any downloads available in my account. I need the latest copy of EE3, the ticketing plugin, and the JSON API plugin.
I’m sorry your account was not correctly updated automatically. I’ve manually updated your account so that you now have the correct downloads and access.
Our policy, like that of many companies, is not to comment on future plans or work in progress.
