Hi,
Once registration is completed, it show a message
Your registration has been successfully processed.
Check your email for your registration confirmation or click the button below to view / download / print a full description of your purchases and registration information.
but it doesn’t show any download button. Additionally, it also keeps showing ” loading transaction and payment information…”, but doesn’t load anything, please help.

Hi there,
The buttons shown on the thank you page using the Receipt and Invoice message types so if they have been disabled, they won’t show.
So, first, if you go to Event Espresso -> Messages -> Default message types and look for the ‘Receipt’ and ‘Invoice’ message types are they listed there?
(Note that section can have multiple pages so be sure to check any additional pages)

That feature uses WP Heartbeat API to communicate with the back end of the site and confirm if a payment has been made. When the above happens it usually means WP Heartbeat has been disabled on your site/server.
Do you have any plugins installed to disable Heartbeat? Such as Heartbeat Control.
If not, check with your host to confirm if they disable it, it will need to be enabled on your site for the above to work.
