I have a problem with the date of the ticket. In fact, the customer goes to the website, selects the date, then selects the ticket amount, and then hits “proceed to registration.” After that, they never see the date again. I get many calls from people concerned because they don’t get to review the date of their tour before they buy it.
And i checked the plugin and i did not how find to solve this problem..
I checked and the website has a version of Event Espresso that is no longer supported. The first thing to do is update the site to the current version of Event Espresso 4. Here’s the documentation that outlines how to update:
