Hi there, on ee3 Version 3.1.37.6.P, I have paypal pro and check payment options, If you click the ‘pay by check’ option, there is no button to complete the registration.
Also, the mailing address doesn’t show. I had to add it to the ‘Payment Instructions’ section.
Also, is there a way to mark the check registration as payment pending so I know on the dashboard that they selected the check option?

Hi Dovid,
I checked your site, and it turns out that you or someone on your team has hidden the Complete the registration link and its message with CSS:

This is also the case with the Address, it’s also being hidden by some CSS in your theme:

If you remove the CSS outlined with the arrows from your theme, that should allow these to display.
You can set all registrations to Payment pending in the Event Espresso > General Options page, or for each event under Event options.

Is there anyway to mark abandon carts as incomplete, declined cards as ‘payment declined’ and checks as ‘pending’?
Using Event Espresso > General Options page marks all unpaid registrations the same – incomplete or pending.

That should be automatic for the Check gateway, but they have to click the link to finalize the registration (the same link that you were hiding with CSS).
