Hi there,
The above session error means there is a problem creating sessions on your server, this is usually due to incorrect permissions set on the server.
I recommend creating a support ticket with your host and provide them with the above error, they should be able to fix this for you.
Side note, based on the error showing php72 I’m guessing your server is running PHP7.2 which is now End Of Life (EOL) see HERE, I would also ask them to switch the PHP version to use PHP7.4 (Event Espresso is not fully compatible with PHP8 at this time).

However, that should not cause an issue with the Admin menu.
To confirm, are you logged into the site as an Administrator?
