Hi Alison,

The Newsletter message type was renamed to ‘Batch’ as its not really a newsletter message.

So in your message settings do you see a ‘Batch’ message type – http://take.ms/9hPGP

Yes, showing batch. How do I send messages to attendees that don’t fall under any of the message types. Let’s say I just want to connect with my attendees in a personal way

View your registrations in the registration list, to view the registrations for a specific event go to Event Espresso -> Events -> Hover over event -> Registrations.

Click the checkbox next to the registration you want to send the ‘Batch’ message to – http://take.ms/5ZaYJhttp://take.ms/5ZaYJ

A popup will allow you to select one of the batch message templates on your site and you can alter the content from that page if preferred – http://take.ms/HY0VK

Then send the batch to the selected registrants.
