I am getting unresponsiveness from sections of a newly created Custom Reminder Automated Reminder datetime Message in EE4. 1. Not sure why there is also a critical error on this website. It says “Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.” Another unresponsive issue RE: Automated Custom Datetime Custom Message. 2. I also cannot toggle from VISUAL to TEXT HTML on the windows on this new custom message It keeps everything in Text HTML. Again unresponsiveness We upgrade to the latest version of WordPress, could this issue be related to thus update I had not seen these issues in the past. |

We have recently upgraded to WP 5.9 This issue is far farther reaching. It affects all my automated Upcoming Datetime Notifications. When I go into my existing automated notifications custom messages, the content in the message windows are BLANK (no content). This problem is isolated to the AUTOMATED NOTIFICATIONS. Both existing and newly created ones. |

We rolled back to WP 5.8.3 This did not solve the problem. All my Automated Reminders Messages content are blank. Can you please correct this ASAP as I need to correct some content and also add new automated reminders soon for upcoming events. the only option I have is to go back to manual reminders. Mario |

I am not getting this error message. I can not make any changes to existing Reminders as well. When I highlight the content windows in the reminder, I see the code existing but is higddhen. here is the error message I get when I create a Custom Automated Datetime Reminder Howdy! Hi there, The issue is the PHP version in use on your server: Event Espresso is not fully PHP8 compatible at this time, you’ll need to switch the version back down to PHP7 currently. Your host may have a section for you to select the version of PHP your site uses or you may need to contact them and have them set it on the server themselves. |
