The anti-spam test with the photos that we requested to be replaced is still populating on the front end when participants are registering. Also, there is no password visibility toggle icon to check password. (reference yesterday’s email). I attempted to register a new participant in Event Espresso this morning and I had to go through several “robot tests” once I put in the username and password. I kept getting password error message and could not complete the registration. |

Hi there,
I’m not finding any reference to this within our emails, have you been dealing with another team member regarding this? If so may I ask who? I’d like to catch up on what has been happening.
Can you link me to a test event I can run some registration on to view this? |

Participants have been having problems registering for classes today. These are participants who are already in the system and when they try to put in their information it gives them the message that the username or password is incorrect. I watched someone do it in front of me after I had changed her password and it still didn’t work and gave her the same message. Other people tell me they are trying to reset their password and it still doesn’t work. |

Hi there, That doesn’t add any additional context to this, unfortunately. Have you confirmed if this works as expected with reCatpcha disabled? Event Espresso -> Registration Form -> Reg Form Settings (tab) Set ‘Use reCAPTCHA’ to No and save. (Note I’m not saying the solution here is to just disable reCaptcha permanently, just confirming if the issue is with reCaptcha itself or not) |

Trying this: Set ‘Use reCAPTCHA’ to No and save. |

I have been able to replicate the issue. The case is now that if the ticket purchaser is NOT a member, they cannot complete the registration even after creating a username and profile. Here is the breakdown: This is happening for all new users. |

Hi there, I’ve just tested this on 2 different test sites and the login is working as expected there, however, on your site you are using a custom login form which may be interfering with this. Does it work for you if you are logged OUT when you select the tickets and then you use the form to log in with an existing user you already have? I’m wondering if this is an issue with the user account creation through the form or with the login step in general. |
