Hi, I went to the Ethics, Fundamentals and more event (first one) and it is not showing as sold out. Can you confirm this? If it is for you, please clear your browser cache. |

I used a new incognito window on chrome, asked a support tech for a third party vendor (who’s never visited our site), and another coworker. We all see the sold out status. here’s the direct link to the event. Any assistance would be appreciated. https://trilink.pro/events/ethics-insurance-fundamentals-trilink-restoration/ Thx! |
Hi, I’m seeing the status banner in the corner. However, I can still register as there are some tickets available. Could you login to the WP dashboard and go to the event editor for this event and then set the status to sold out? Then please adjust the ticket quantity remaining so those remaining 6 tickets are no longer available for purchase. Then save changes. Let us know if that changes the ticket selector. — |

Ok, that worked. When I first accessed, the sold the regs showed as 0. Then, when I returned, it said the sold was 52 of 58, but regs were 60. Appears to be working now, except a couple of users get domain not found on site key type error, after then try to register for any class. if any ideas, let me know. thx again for your help. i can open another support post if necess. |

ps. the error code is: ERROR: Invalid domain for site key |
Hi, that is an error from Google’s ReCaptcha service: ERROR: Invalid domain for site key The domain that is in use needs to match the site key for ReCaptcha. You may have started developing the site on a testing site and that would cause the issue since the domain is now different. Try registering for a new site key: https://www.google.com/recaptcha/ Then update the reCaptcha information in the registration form settings within your WordPress dashboard. — |
